About this Project
Spider Projects have been appointed to provide quantity surveying services from RIBA stage 2 through to completion. The works have been phased to enable opening works and investigation to take place as well as bat survey and relocation works that were required as part of the planning consent. A Main Contractor has been procured and appointed to carry out the renovation works and convert the existing barn into a stunning 8,000 sq ft home with internal courtyard. Specialist Contractors have also been procured to deliver the ground source heat pump, swimming pool and landscaping.
